Membership Information
Becoming A Member. Anyone may join X-Factor Barrel Races by completing a membership application and paying an annual membership fee. Contestants must submit completed application and pay membership fees before points or Elite Finals qualification points can be earned. Membership shall be made by application online or mail.
Member Portal. You will have access to our Member Only Portal where you can view and print your card, renew your membership, view events you have entered and so much more. Access to the Member Directory where you can also message other members. In your profile settings you can choose what information you want shown publicly in the directory. Special discount coupons available from our Sponsors.
Membership Cards. Cards will be available immediately for download and print in your Member Portal. Just click on VIEW your profile to have access to your card. Your membership number must be listed on all entry forms in order to obtain points or Elite Finals qualification points. You will receive a confirmation email with your member number. New or renewing members must submit their completed membership application and fees with their entry in order to obtain points or Finals qualification credit.
Standard Membership. Annual fee of $75 and qualify for the X-Factor Elite World Finals with eight (8) qualifying shows or X-Factor Jackpot point standings. Includes a Contestant t-shirt. Wear your X-Factor shirt at one of the X-Factors jackpots produced by the X-Factor and save $5* off your arena fees. (*Arena Fees discount only at X-Factor produced Jackpots.) Elite Membership. The Elite Card Membership for an annual fee of $200. Elite Card Members can qualify for the Elite World Finals with only six qualifying events instead of the normal eight events. Additional Elite Card perks include express check-in line at the Elite Finals Check-in; A special Elite Card incentive race featuring a 70% payback on entry fees and trophy saddles to champions in each D; and a Contestant t-shirt. How Do I Qualify For The X-Factor 2022 Elite World Finals?
To qualify for the Elite Finals you just need to join and participate in a minimum of eight (8) approved races at X-Factor races or sanctioned races or six (6) races for Elite card members; by Feb 28, 2022. You earn the qualification points simply by participating. You do not have to place! Qualification points go to the contestant (not the horse), and once you are qualified, you can enter as many horses as you wish in the Elite Finals.
Once you qualify as a rider, you can enter as many horses as you like in the finals.
What Is X-FACTOR Barrel Races? X-Factor Barrel Races, LLC is created to develop and advance the sport of barrel racing by aligning all levels of competition. Made up of independent producers who have come together in an effort to better serve the barrel racing industry by cooperating in scheduling events and co-sanctioned events, along with providing an awards program you can work towards, and bringing five figures plus added money finals to the West Coast! | What Are The Benefits Of Being A X-FACTOR Member?X-Factor members will earn credits to qualify for the X-Factor Elite World Finals and points towards divisional year-end awards. X-Factor endorsed shows or events are put on by independent producers and are open to everyone! Membership is not required to compete but is required in order to earn credit towards the X-Factor Elite World Finals qualification. Can You Tell Me About The X-FACTOR Elite World Finals? The X-Factor Elite World Finals will be tentatively held in March 2022 in Queen Creek, AZ. There will be at least $5,000 Added Money in the OPEN class which will be run on a 5D format with 0.5-second splits |
